Sadaci

The subsidiary Sadaci N.V. is located in the Port of Ghent, in Belgium, and was acquired by Molymet in January of 2003. Its main products are technical molybdenum oxide, ferromolybdenum, sulfuric acid and recycled catalyst calcine.

Sadaci N.V. is located on an area of 24 hectares and its strategic location in Europe allows it to supply this market under optimal conditions, especially the steel industry.

In 2008 the company finalized a modernization plan which began four years before, with the aim of modernizing the plant for the challenges and demands of its clients. Its installed capacity is 24,5 million pounds of molybdenum a year.

The Board of Diretors of Sadaci N.V. is made up of John Graell Moore in the role of president, with the other directors being Fernando Alliende, Juan Francisco Ruiz, Gabriel Gutierrez, Guido Provoost and Rafael Raga. Its managing director is Guido Provoost.
